The ServiceNow team at Sii delivers services to clients across various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in enhancing customer platforms, optimizing and digitalizing process workflows, and expanding the platforms used within our clients’ organizations. Our expertise covers the following modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, SPM, and IRM within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

responsibilities :
Creating and maintaining existing documentation
Taking part in the testing and deployment activities
Participating in requirement analysis and review sessions, design reviews, and Scrum meetings
Executing platform upgrades, including skipped records review
Performing administration duties, configuration tasks, and general activities in ServiceNow, including standard configuration, security, workflow, data management, and integration
Identifying opportunities for potential automation to enhance the end-user experience with the platform
Developing scripts in various areas (Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, UI Pages)
Creating, customizing, and modifying Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets
Setting up dashboards with reporting capabilities
Integrating with 3rd party tools and other ServiceNow instances (including out-of-the-box APIs and REST/SOAP web services)
Validating the technical solution before deployment
requirements-expected :
Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
Experience with core ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management
Previous work with the ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) module, including configuration of Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management
Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management, and implementation of compliance frameworks within ServiceNow IRM
Ability to configure risk statements, control objectives, risk indicators (KRI), and reporting dashboards in IRM
An organized and focused approach to work
Strong analytical and communication skills
Fluent Polish required
Residing in Poland required
