Backend Development: Design and implement custom solutions in ServiceNow backend, relating to platform tables and ITSM modules.
Process Customizations: Analyze and improve Incident (including support channels: live chat, walk-up, callback), Problem, and Change processes.
Integration of Systems: Connect external data sources with ServiceNow for seamless information transfer.
Innovation: Implement new ServiceNow technologies, including AI functions (Now Assist, Task Intelligence) and DevOps Change Velocity.
Quality Assurance: Test backend solutions to ensure reliability and compliance with requirements.
Documentation: Create technical documentation and training materials for users and administrators.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
Minimum 3 years experience with ServiceNow configuration and development.
Proven experience in ServiceNow backend development, focusing on mentioned modules.
Mandatory certifications: ServiceNow "Administration Fundamentals," "Certified Systems Administrator," and "Implementation Specialist"; "Certified Application Developer" welcomed.
Expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow-specific languages (GlideScript, Jelly).
Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and notifications design and implementation.
