responsibilities :


  • Backend Development: Design and implement custom solutions in ServiceNow backend, relating to platform tables and ITSM modules.
  • Process Customizations: Analyze and improve Incident (including support channels: live chat, walk-up, callback), Problem, and Change processes.
  • Integration of Systems: Connect external data sources with ServiceNow for seamless information transfer.
  • Innovation: Implement new ServiceNow technologies, including AI functions (Now Assist, Task Intelligence) and DevOps Change Velocity.
  • Quality Assurance: Test backend solutions to ensure reliability and compliance with requirements.
  • Documentation: Create technical documentation and training materials for users and administrators.

  • Fluent knowledge of English is required. The job is in an international environment, where English is essential for daily communication.
  • Good knowledge of Polish.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Minimum 3 years experience with ServiceNow configuration and development.
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow backend development, focusing on mentioned modules.
  • Mandatory certifications: ServiceNow "Administration Fundamentals," "Certified Systems Administrator," and "Implementation Specialist"; "Certified Application Developer" welcomed.
  • Expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow-specific languages (GlideScript, Jelly).
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and notifications design and implementation.
  • Experience with Incident (including support channels: live chat, walk up, callback), Problem, Change in ServiceNow, preferably with new technologies like AI functionalities (Now Assist, Task Intelligence) and DevOps Change Velocity.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and develop customized solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
  • Team orientation and effective communication with developers, administrators, and end users.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Mulesoft and/or SnowMirror is considered beneficial.
  • Practical experience in agile and DevOps way of working.
