ServiceNow Team at Sii provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platforms used within the customer organization. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will join the team working on many projects utilizing various modules and applications on the ServiceNow platform. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity!

responsibilities :

Take part in the testing and deployment activities, and validate technical solutions before deployment
Participate in requirement analysis and review sessions, design reviews, and Scrum meetings
Raise opportunities for potential automation to enhance the end-user experience with the platform
Make scripts in various areas (Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, UI Pages)
Create, customize, and modify Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets, and perform platform upgrades, including skipped records review
Integrate with 3rd party tools and other ServiceNow instances (including out-of-the-box APIs and REST/SOAP web services)

requirements-expected :

Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
Experience in core ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management
Organized and focused approach to work
Good analytical and communication skills
Respective ServiceNow certifications would be an asset
Fluent Polish required
Residing in Poland required
