We are looking for a ServiceNow CSM Developer to take ownership of the support, enhancement, and technical evolution of advanced solutions within our global platform. it’s about aligning technical excellence with complex business processes.
#Develop & Deploy: Own the technical design, development, unit testing, and production deployment of ServiceNow solutions. Business Partnership: Collaborate directly with customers to clarify requirements and implement scoped applications. Ensure every solution is aligned with ServiceNow best practices and high-level architectural standards. Full Lifecycle Support: Manage issue resolution from UAT to post Go-Live support, including data maintenance.
#Experience: Minimum 5 years in ServiceNow implementations, including at least 2 full cycles in CSM projects for multinational companies. CSM Mastery: Expert knowledge of the ServiceNow CSM module , administration, CMDB, and Workspace configuration. Integration Expert: Proven ability to handle complex ServiceNow integrations. Process Knowledge: Good understanding of ITIL and experience working in Agile environments. Master’s Degree in IT or a related field (ServiceNow certifications are a major plus).
