This product aims to cater for the specific confidentiality and compliance needs of People & Culture (P&C) within the ServiceNow platform and manages the ServiceNow HR service delivery module. This covers: People Portal, Live Chat and RoVi (chatbot), P&C Case Management, External Partners Portal (EPP), Project Insights, Knowledge Management, Reporting & Analytics Dashboards, My P&C Workspace, Learning Solutions (intake channel). Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement custom solutions in ServiceNow
- Utilize basic knowledge of ServiceNow administration to configure and maintain the platform
- Implement technical solutions based on provided technical designs, ensuring adherence to best practices and platform capabilities
- Assist the development lead in designing solutions, contributing to technical planning and effort estimation for tasks
- Create and manage reports using ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics, supporting data-driven decision-making processes
- Work with Team Development code repositories, managing code versions and utilizing pull/push mechanisms within ServiceNow
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs and release manuals, to support ongoing development and system updates
Ideal candidate profile:
- 2 years of experience as ServiceNow developer
- At least basic knowledge about ServiceNow administration
- Excellence in implementing solutions based on technical solution design
- Ability to support development lead in designing solutions and estimating work
- At least basic experience in implementing reports using ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics
- Experience in working with SCRUM teams in JIRA/Asana and ServiceNow tools
- Familiarity with Team Development code repository pull/push mechanisms in ServiceNow
- Ability to prepare technical documentation incl. Technical Design, Release Manuals
- Excellence in cooperation with Test Lead and Testing Team, Business Analyst, External Technical Teams, Project Teams
