Location: Poland, remote

We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our CSM system – Customer Support (ServiceNow) team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the organizations business needs.

This position will be part of Sapiens’ CTIO division.

What you’ll do: 

  • Develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules according to business requirements.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and reports.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, catalogue items, business rules, UI policies, Customer meta data uploads, implementation of new modules, system enhancements and script include.
  • Perform ServiceNow administration tasks, including user management, role management, and security configurations.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices.
  • Analyze customer requirement.
  • Investigate defects raised by end users and backend users.
  • Handle data fixes across instance, implementation updates and fixes.

Requirements:

What to Have for this position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer- MUST.
  • Solid knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its modules, including Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM), Case Management, Account management, Incident Management, Change Management, SLA Management, Service Catalogue Management, ACL Management – MUST.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and customization – MUST.
  • Experience in ServiceNow workflows (Workflow editor and Flow designer), business rules, UI policies, and catalogue development – MUST.
  • Hands on experience, and knowledge of ServiceNow integration techniques (REST, SOAP, MID Server) and APIs – An Advantage.
  • Enterprise IT Operation Management (ITOM) – An Advantage.
  • Experience in portal development- An advantage.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow administration, including user management, role management, and security configurations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Fluent in English – MUST.
  • Self-learning.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Team player, proactive and customer-oriented approach.
  • ServiceNow certifications (ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator) are a plus.
