Responsibilities: Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows Develop scripts, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies Support and optimize ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and ensure data consistency Troubleshoot issues, perform upgrades, and support platform enhancements Requirements: Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting concepts Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, third-party systems) Strong analytical skills and ability to work with business stakeholders
