We are seeking a driven and innovative ESM / ServiceNow Consultant to join our growing team and help design processes and consult clients on end‑to‑end solutions built on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will play a key role on a variety of projects in ITSM, ITOM, HR and other business domains for customers all over the world.
We are supporting Employment Contract or B2B, depending on your preferences.
Responsibilities
- Drive requirement gathering and analysis
- Create User Stories / Requirements specifications
- Design and improve processes in ESM (ITSM and adjacent domains)
- Serve as a process subject matter expert to the customer and members of the team
- Closely collaborate with various stakeholders and members of the team. Communicate requirements and act as a liaison between the customer and the development team
- Create and maintain process documentation
- Participate in pre‑sales activities and demos
Requirements
- Experience in designing and improvement of processes in ESM domain using process modelling tools
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
- Deep understanding of ITIL
- ServiceNow (or other ITSM tool)
- Flexibility in working directly with technical and business stakeholders on the customer’s side
- Experience with business process modeling and writing good documentation
- English at B2+ level
