Who we're looking for?

• Very good understanding of ServiceNow Platform architecture and products
• Minimum 4 years in a consulting position, delivering software implementation engagements
• At least 2 valid ServiceNow certificates
• Proven track of product customizations or integrations, implementation, maintenance
• Experience with JavaScript and business process modeling
• Ability to produce documentation at various levels including technical and customer-facing
• Demonstrate an awareness of Best Practices in the IT industry
• Previous work with ROI / value propositions for customers software implementation
• Thorough understanding of ITIL and Agile
• Knowledge of NowCreate Service Implementation Management methodology
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
