Sii ServiceNow Competency Center provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platform usage within the customer organization. In general, our experience spans among ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / SecOps / SPM modules, but in this particular project, you will be working with the HRSD module.
responsibilities :
Performing business analysis to understand customer expectations for ServiceNow HRSD solutions
Translating user requirements into development specifications and supporting the development team wherever possible
Designing solutions within the HR Service Delivery module that meet stakeholders’ requirements
Developing and managing project and deliverable documentation
Creating technical requirements for the delivery team (user stories, acceptance criteria)
Managing development progress and guiding customers through the UAT phase for HRSD solutions
Managing production deployments of HRSD-related functionality
Conducting necessary end-user training on platform usability and implementing HRSD solutions
requirements-expected :
At least 2 years of business analysis experience, including hands-on work with ServiceNow HRSD
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
Ability to work daily with both business and technology stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills to support development, negotiate with clients, and encourage adoption of ServiceNow HRSD best practices
Familiarity with technologies used in ServiceNow, such as JavaScript, REST API, and relational databases (basic understanding is sufficient)
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience in creating clear flowcharts according to BPMN guidelines
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and CIS HRSD certification (or any other ServiceNow certification) is a strong advantage
Very good command of English (written and spoken)
