Perform business process analysis, requirement gathering on ServiceNow platform and work closely with various stakeholders.
Engage in the full project life cycle from requirements gathering to solution deployment.
Provide deep functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities.
Understand workflows, business rules, client scripting, and other aspects of ServiceNow to create impactful business solutions.
Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, use cases, and workflow.
Facilitate and lead meetings and workshops to drive understanding and solution development.
Continuously improve ServiceNow operations through regular analysis, maintenance, system optimization and problem resolution.
Work closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of proposed solutions.
Translate and simplify requirements for developers through user stories.
Ensure traceability mapping of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Establish and manage key components of Design, Build, Test, and Implementation activities.
Wymagania
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to ServiceNow platform(any other relevant technology also considered e.g. HPSM/Remedy).
1+ years project management experience implementing technology enabled service management workstreams (ServiceNow preferred),
Understands ServiceNow development methodologies and system deployment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills with ability to facilitate conversations with business stakeholders in project definition, business requirements definition and functional design sessions.
Capable of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Experience with process quality methodology, agile methodology, business process analysis and redesign required.
ITIL Foundation certification (V3 or V4 preferred)
Experience in ServiceNow products other than ITSM e.g. SecOps, ITOM, HR, CSM, GRC,
Competence navigating project management and agile tools such as SPM/ITBM, MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint.
