We provide services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. Currently, for our client from the travel and technology industry, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a team working on complex projects related to Order Management and Strategic Portfolio Management on the ServiceNow platform.

You will have the opportunity to work on strategic, large-scale projects with a global impact, contributing to the digital transformation of business operations in the travel and technology sector.

Your tasks

• Defining requirements and product design for Order Management and Strategic Portfolio Management on the ServiceNow platform
• Acting as a Business Analyst, managing backlogs, and ensuring business needs are met
• Leading workshops and demos to align stakeholders on proposed solutions
• Collaborating with development and operations teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions
• Maintaining project documentation in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
• Engaging with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds and distributed teams
• Contributing to the design and implementation of innovative business solutions

Requirements:

• At least 4 years in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst role on the ServiceNow platform
• Strong knowledge of Order Management (including product catalog, configuration, and ordering processes) or Strategic Portfolio Management (e.g., project portfolio management and strategic planning)
• Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform (CSDM knowledge is a plus)
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to conduct workshops, deliver demos, and engage effectively with stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the capability to manage complex tasks independently
• Familiarity with Agile SDLC methodologies (SAFe preferred)
• Experience in large-scale service transformations is a plus
• Residing in Poland required
