In this pivotal role, youll be the driving force behind the entire ServiceNow solution lifecycle, from initial requirement analysis and solution design to implementation and continuous optimization. Youll delve deep into ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM model changes, assessing their impact on crucial ITSM and ITOM processes. Beyond technical expertise, youll act as a ServiceNow Lead, guiding development efforts, analyzing complex business requirements, and influencing core ITSM processes to deliver truly transformative solutions.

requirements-expected :
5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation or architecture
ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification is a must-have
A proven track record of leading project activities as a Lead Developer, Delivery Manager, or Architect
Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and a knack for mentoring technical teams
Extensive knowledge of various ServiceNow modules and custom development
Proficiency in discovery, automation, compliance-driven infrastructure solutions, and multi-source data integrations
The ability to translate complex business needs into elegant, pragmatic solution designs
Solid grasp of enterprise application architecture, ITIL, and Agile methodologies
English B2+ level (for collaborating with team / external partners)
