For our client - a Swedish company, we are looking for ServiceNow Architect.
As a ServiceNow Customer Technical Architect (CTA), you will play a key advisory and architectural role in ServiceNow implementation projects for companys clients, particularly for German-speaking customers. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing technical solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices and client business needs.
responsibilities :
Serve as the lead technical architect on ServiceNow projects.
Collaborate with clients (in German) to analyze business and technical requirements.
Design scalable and maintainable solutions across various ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, standards, and architectural governance.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to implementation teams and developers.
Participate in architecture reviews, risk assessments, and performance tuning.
Act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
requirements-expected :
Proven experience as a ServiceNow architect (minimum 3–5 years).
In-depth knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules and integration capabilities.
Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, CTA).
Fluency in German (C1 or above) – mandatory.
Good command of English (B2 or higher).
Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
