responsibilities :
Define and ensure a comprehensive, coherent architectural view across Business, Information, Systems, and Technology
Design IT systems to drive business transformation, ensuring long-term scalability and sustainability
Deliver top-level business and technology architecture consultancy to enterprise clients
Act as Design Authority or provide architectural input into ServiceNow-based ITSM solutions
Lead or support the creation of innovative digital service offers within enterprise contexts
Contribute to bid processes and assist in presenting proposals to potential clients
Engage in implementation programs, supporting complex enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions
Present specialist points of view in internal and external forums, including industry events
Collaborate with Customer Managers, Architects, Solution Designers, SMEs, and senior client stakeholders
Optimize business processes and workflows through expert configuration of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other ServiceNow modules
Ensure platform compliance with ITIL standards and best practices
Provide mentorship and guidance to technical teams and stakeholders on ServiceNow best practices
requirements-expected :
Minimum5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations, with a proven track record in architecture roles
Strong expertise across the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules
Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles and solution design frameworks
Experience working with SAFe, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
Ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders
Strong presentation and communication skills; capable of articulating complex solutions in a clear manner
