In Sii ServiceNow Team we provide services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. Our mission is to improve customer platforms, optimize and digitize process flows, and expand platforms used within organizations. Currently, for our client from the travel and technology industry, we are seeking a talented and hands-on Solution Architect, who will play a key role in designing and deploying complex end-to-end order-to-delivery flows and supporting products such as CSM, ITSM, ITOM, and HAM.

This role will be initially focused on designing the Order Management and Delivery processes and flows in ServiceNow leveraging the OM and SPM products.

Your tasks

• Participating in design workshops and supporting Business Analysts and developers
• Transforming proposals into concrete implementations to showcase product capabilities and limitations
• Delivering and partially implementing process and feature designs with a focus on minimizing customizations
• Advocating and leveraging best practices in architecture, design, and development
• Designing ServiceNow OM and SPM implementations, including but not limited to: simple order capture and orchestration, complex order capture and implementation linked with SPM, demand, project, and resource management, CSM Portal implementations, and integrations with third-party tools

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of hands-on expertise with ServiceNow, including OM (Order Management) or SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
• Strong ability to define and set up Order Management and Service Catalog processes
• Practical knowledge of utilizing SPM functionalities in real-world implementations
• Skill in managing and customizing portals to enhance user experience
• Competence in integrating third-party tools using scripted APIs and Integration Hub
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow product roadmaps and application/data model design
• Capability to deliver technical solutions, including Proofs of Concept, with expertise in Workspaces, UI Builder, and Flow Designer
