Wymagania
proven experience in ServiceNow implementations,
demonstrated ability to design architecture for core ITSM as well as at least two additional ServiceNow modules/features (such as Service Catalog, ITOM, HR, SAM, ITBM, or Orchestration),
strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders,
skilled in developing and presenting business cases, strategic solutions, and recommendations; able to build team consensus and create prototypes for proposed approaches,
capable of designing technical solutions that align with client business needs, providing architectural and detailed design input,
cxperienced in leading projects and teams within complex and dynamic environments, demonstrating resilience and ownership,
very good knowledge of English(spoken and written).
