Currently, for our client from the travel and technology industry, we are seeking a talented and hands-on Solution Architect, who will play a key role in designing and deploying complex end-to-end order-to-delivery flows and supporting products such as CSM, ITSM, ITOM, and HAM.
This role will be initially focused on designing the Order Management and Delivery processes and flows in ServiceNow leveraging the OM and SPM products.
