We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to join our team of talented professionals who share a deep passion for IT and a relentless focus on delivering outstanding customer experience. In this strategic role, you will own the design and architecture of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions. Youll play a vital part in shaping the platform’s roadmap, guiding development teams, and implementing best practices aligned with ITIL standards and business objectives. • Designing and leading scalable technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform that align with strategic business goals
• Guiding development teams by providing architectural expertise across modules like ITSM, ITOM, and CSM
• Ensuring compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and platform best practices
• Reviewing enhancements, estimating stories, and defining in technical steps for implementation
• Creating and maintaining server-side scripts, ACLs, Business Rules, UI Actions, and UI Policies
• Developing and managing integrations with systems such as SAP, Jira, and LDAP
• Managing platform updates, performing instance cloning, and maintaining overall platform stability
• Collaborating with the platform owner and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Staying current with ServiceNow advancements, integrating new features and modules to support evolving business needs
