The ServiceNow Team at Sii provides comprehensive services to clients across various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in enhancing customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platform usage within client organizations. Our expertise spans multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, and SPM.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis to understand customers expectations for ServiceNow out-of-the-box or custom solutions
• Translate user requirements into development specifications and support the development team as needed
• Design solutions that align with stakeholders requirements
• Create and manage project and deliverable documentation
• Establish technical requirements for the delivery team, e.g., user stories, acceptance criteria
• Supervise development progress and guide customers through the UAT phase
• Manage production deployments
• Conduct necessary training for end-users on platform usability and implementing solutions

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst
• Ability to collaborate with both technology and business stakeholders daily
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, especially in addressing development issues, negotiating with customers, and implementing solutions based on ServiceNow best practices
• Fundamental understanding of the technologies used within ServiceNow, such as JavaScript, REST API, and relational databases
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in creating understandable flow charts according to BPMN guidelines
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
• Fluency in Polish and English required
• Residing in Poland required
