About Our Client

Our Client is a global IT consulting company specializing in ServiceNow adoptions.

Job Description

• Analysis and mapping of processes between the current Jira instance and the global ServiceNow environment.
• Collaboration with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into specific solutions.
• Providing expert consultations on optimizing workflows and integrating Jira with ServiceNow.
• Support in configuring and customizing ServiceNow to the mapped processes.
• Identifying improvement opportunities and presenting recommendations to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
• Developing technical documentation and conducting training to ensure smooth implementation and adaptation of processes.

The Successful Applicant

• Documented experience in consulting, with a particular focus on process mapping and workflow optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Jira and ServiceNow platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, allowing for the assessment and alignment of business needs with technical solutions.
• Experience working in global or large organizations, preferably in environments with complex IT ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholder groups.
• Knowledge of ITSM principles and methodologies will be an additional asset.
• Certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist) or Jira will be an additional asset.
• Experience in the insurance or financial sector will be welcomed.
