ServiceNow Analyst at Sii Poland – We provide comprehensive ServiceNow services to clients across Europe and the United States. Our expertise covers ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, and SPM modules, helping organizations digitize processes and expand platform usage.
Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis to understand customers’ expectations for out-of-the-box or custom ServiceNow solutions.
- Translate user requirements into development specifications and support the development team as needed.
- Design solutions that align with stakeholders’ requirements.
- Create and manage project and deliverable documentation.
- Establish technical requirements for the delivery team (e.g., user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Supervise development progress and guide customers through the UAT phase.
- Manage production deployments.
- Conduct training for end‑users on platform usability and solution implementation.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst.
- Ability to collaborate daily with technology and business stakeholders.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in addressing development issues, negotiating with customers, and implementing solutions based on ServiceNow best practices.
- Fundamental understanding of the technologies used within ServiceNow, such as JavaScript, REST API, and relational databases.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience creating understandable flow charts according to BPMN guidelines.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
- Residing in Poland.
