To support an ongoing ITSM implementation and platform development initiative, we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to strengthen the team and support daily platform operations.

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or Platform Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM modules, user administration, workflows, and system configuration.
• Experience with platform upgrades, patching, and release management.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a distributed project team.
