We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to take on a multifaceted role, combining business analysis, process consulting, and ServiceNow platform ownership with administrative and development responsibilities. As the ServiceNow Platform Owner and Administrator/Developer, you will be responsible for the ongoing enhancement of the ServiceNow platform, while optimizing business processes, managing stakeholders, and delivering effective solutions.
Your main responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Process Consulting
Analyze business requirements, optimize processes, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
ServiceNow Platform Ownership & Administration
Manage, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, security, and seamless integrations. Coordinate Updates twice a year
Lead projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide training to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
ServiceNow Development & Configuration
Design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, and enhancements to meet business needs.
requirements-expected :
Several years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration, development, business analysis, and process consulting.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM), platform configuration, and development (UI actions, Business Rules, Data Lookup Rules).
Strong understanding of ServiceNow security models (roles, ACLs, security groups).
Proven experience in process analysis, optimization, and project management.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Highest proficiency in the German language in a professional environment—able to communicate effectively at all levels and with diverse stakeholders.
Strong communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Independent, structured work approach, combined with flexibility and teamwork.
A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
