Adapting standardized Kapsch operational processes and procedures to the respective customer needs while aiming to secure the high effectivity of operations
Ensuring the documentation of processes, creation and maintainance of comprehensive transition plans, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to align efforts with business needs.
Facilitating effective communication between stakeholders, monitoring progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring the seamless transfer of services into the operational environment, maintaining service quality and compliance with organizational standards.
Bridging development and operations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the IT landscape.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
ITIL certification (ideally v4) and deep understanding of ITIL processes
