Service Technician / Technik serwisu

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated systems, including both electrical and mechanical components.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults on equipment such as Cranes, shuttles, sorters, and conveyors.
• Collaborate with local on-site teams to ensure maximum uptime and system reliability for customers.
• Work closely with the Service Desk/Hotline team to resolve incidents on Customer sites.
• Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and site processes.
• Adhere to and promote an uncompromising safety culture in all maintenance activities.

Our Requirements

• An electro-mechanical aptitude preferably combined with optional knowledge in industrial controls (PLC Siemens).
• Good reading, writing, and speaking skills in English language and Polish language. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Active driving license category B.
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows & Office.
• Vocational education in electromechanics, mechanics or electrics is a plus.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
