We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Specialist within our growing European Transport Hub team. Our Transportation Hubs have responsibility for planning and executing Nestlé’s transportation that simplifies and standardizes our European distribution processes. We are looking for someone to join the team in our Central European Transport Hub in Warsaw to manage the relationship with transport providers, to deliver transport in line with contract quantities and provide ad-hoc transport when demand increases.

• Location: Warsaw, Poland
• Permanent contract
• Full-Time, Act. Rate 100%
• Shift work and during the weekends

Main responsibilities will include:

• Monitor status for all deliveries to ensure on-time execution.
• Identify potential issues and implement solutions to maintain Customer service expectations.
• Proactively communicate to internal and external stakeholders regarding load status and resolution action plans.
• Identify repeatable issues related to any part of transport operation and develop solutions to resolve.
• Work closely with Supply Chain teams to continuously improve processes and service.
