Responsibilities
- Monitor status for all deliveries to ensure on-time execution.
- Identify potential issues and implement solutions to maintain Customer serviceexpectations
- Proactively communicate to internal and external stakeholders regarding load status and resolution action plans
- Identify repeatable issues related to any part of transport operation and develop solutions to resolve
- Work closely with Supply Chain teams to continuously improve processes and service
Qualifications
- Fluent English - written and spoken – German or French would be an advantage
- Strong service orientation and very good communication skills
- Openness ability to build relationships with internal and external partners
- Problems solving capabilities
- Agility and resilience will be important when dealing with different challenges
