Responsibilities
Conducting technical inspections and maintenance of endoscopic equipment
Analysing and detecting technical problems
Visits to customers in hospitals within the assigned area, including attendance at the operating theatre, installation of new equipment, and user training
Training medical staff on the principles of cleaning, disinfection, sterilisation, and storage of endoscopic instruments
Quickly resolving problems and supporting customers by providing advice and/or technical services, and managing complaints
Working with the service CRM system
Participating in tender procedures for service issues
Collaborating with the regional sales representative
High communication and interpersonal skills, and a focus on professional customer service
Knowledge of and adherence to MDR principles
Reading and understanding technical manuals in English
Requirements
Higher education in engineering, mechanics, or electronics
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in medical equipment servicing
Valid category B driving license
Accuracy and reliability
Highest standards in quality of work
Interest in modern medical technology
Prioritisation, time management, and organisational skills
