Santint is an international manufacturer of Tinting Equipment, dedicated for Decorative and Car Refinish Paint Industry. Currently we are looking for experienced and skilled person to take a position as:

Service Specialist

Main responsibilities

• Coordinating of service activities calendar in a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
• Technical support for Santint Customers in Poland and Europe, both online and on-site interventions.
• Commissioning of Machines (installation/calibration).
• Reparation of broken Machines / removal of breakdowns.
• Controlling the services for warranty and post-warranty repairs.
• Conduct of trainings for polish and abroad Service Partners.
• Preparing monthly reports on activities undertaken as part of the services provided.

Job requirements

• Fully responsible person with well-organized personality.
• Capability to work on goals with open mind to find the right solution.
• Experience with working on service area (mechanical and electrical. knowledge of tinting equipment would be highly appreciated).
• Knowledge of paint or/and chemical industry will be an advantage.
• Experience with plans creation and settling its in-processes.
• Advance knowledge of MS Office environment, especially Excel.
• Advanced level of English language, both reading and speaking.
• Driving license, kat. B.
• Willingness to travel through Poland and Europe.
