Your responsibilities

  • Global Service Delivery: Ensure the global delivery of the service within the agreed scope, budget, and performance indicators.
  • Team Coordination and Feedback: Define required qualifications for the service team and provide feedback to team managers.
  • Innovation and Lifecycle Management: Track and drive innovation, oversee the lifecycle management of workplace applications, and ensure related activities are executed.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Plan and control the service budget, manage team members and resources, and identify potential savings.
  • KPI Reporting and Compliance: Report on key performance indicators, ensure compliance with internal guidelines, and manage service-related risks.
  • Application Integration and Delivery: Coordinate the end-to-end process from requirement intake to packaging and deployment of applications.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Align with application owners, architects, and adjacent services to ensure smooth integration and operational responsibility.

Our requirements

  • Experience in Application Integration: Several years of experience in managing and implementing application integration processes in workplace environments.
  • Project and Budget Management Skills: Proven experience in leading IT projects, planning, and controlling budgets and resources.
  • Technical Expertise and ITIL Certification: In-depth knowledge of application lifecycle management, deployment tools (e.g., Matrix42, Intune, SCCM), and ITIL certification.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Innovation and Compliance: Ability to drive innovation, manage application lifecycle activities, and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and risk management standards.
  • Portfolio and Process Knowledge: Solid understanding of portfolio management processes and governance structures

Optional

  • Advanced Certifications: Holding advanced certifications in application deployment or endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Matrix42 Empirum) and in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Experience with Automation Tools: Proven experience in using automation tools to streamline application packaging, deployment, and lifecycle processes.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies, and their integration into workplace application environments.
  • Strong Mentorship Skills: Experience in mentoring and coaching team members to develop their skills and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture.
  • Portfolio Process Expertise: Practical knowledge of portfolio management processes and governance frameworks in IT service environments.
