The Role

  • Provide mentorship to software engineering teams using C#, .NET Framework, Web API, and SQL Server.
  • Involve proactively with various teams across the organization to solve problems faced by the teams or by our customers.
  • Able to analyze the product usage data from LIVE environments to identify strategies that can optimize operational costs and improve application maintainability.
  • Identify bottlenecks in applications and devise solutions to ensure the best possible performance, quality, scalability, security, and responsiveness of the applications.
  • Suggest ideas to reduce costs in IT and business leadership.
  • Design, document, and implement technical solutions for various types of systems, and be fully aware of the integration, maintenance, and migration aspects.
  • Ensure the efficiency, security, and support of the organization’s goals.
  • Creates methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management and change control.
  • Plans, executes, and documents unit tests, reports status and issues.
  • Experience working with third‑party engineers and packages.
  • Be the escalation point for technical issues in the project.
  • Effective communication and global team working skills; can confidently discuss with clients about technical approaches or issues in detail.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems or computer science with 5 years of experience.
  • Experience in the Manufacturing industry, MES platform, and integration with other third‑party tools.
  • Good knowledge of SOA, microservices, and enterprise integration with SAP.
  • Advanced experience with cloud platforms, preferably MS Azure, including cloud‑native services.
  • Must have knowledge in Entity Framework, LINQ, and Asynchronous programming.
  • Strong object‑oriented programming (OOPS) design skills, SOLID principles, and proficiency in software design patterns.
  • Must have knowledge of .NET Development (C#) with any of the .NET Frameworks (NET Framework 4.5 or later, ASP.NET MVC5, ASP.NET Core, WCF).
  • Good to have knowledge of Dockerization and Containerization.
  • Ability to write/modify SQL scripts (functions, procedures, etc.).
  • Net, C#, .NET Framework, Web API, and SQL Server knowledge.
