,[Act as the primary point of contact during telecom incidents, providing leadership and technical guidance to resolve issues quickly and effectively., Monitor global infrastructure, raise vendor tickets, and coordinate recovery efforts without impacting business operations., Collaborate closely with Incident Managers, technical teams, and service providers to ensure smooth resolution of Data Centre and network-related incidents., Work within a global NOC team on a “follow the Sun” model, including shift and weekend coverage, to maintain 24/7 operational support., Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing incident data, reducing outages, and preventing repeat failures., Ensure compliance with global standards and contractual obligations, while fostering strong relationships with vendors and partners., Contribute to process enhancements and adopt best practices aligned with ITIL and Agile frameworks.
