WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Monitor the performance of the service network in Europe, meet the key National Authorized Service Centers, be responsible for searching new service points
  • Coordinate "the new ASC" authorization / contract termination processes
  • Administrate the Authorized Service Centers contracts & database including changes in SAP Material Master
  • Negotiate the service rates and perform the update in the system
  • Analyze customer feedback and develop action planning to improve customer experience
  • Coordinate the audit process for Authorized Service Centers (cooperation with Tech Support team) incl. conducting the audits
  • Monitor local legislation related to Consumer law
  • Support the Warranty Management team in daily activities

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 5-6 years of professional experience, relevant service experience
  • Pronounced IT knowledge, especially MS Office
  • Good knowledge of SAP and databases
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Fluent English skills
