Service Network Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Advise on spare parts and service business development.
- Support spare parts sales targets.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns for parts and services.
- Present offers, promotions, and sales support programs.
- Support workshops in collaboration with key clients.
- Build relationships with workshop owners, managers, and staff.
- Monitor, report, and analyze sales results.
- Plan activities aligned with company market strategy.
- Promote quality, efficiency, and business standards.
- Use CRM platform for lead management, partner management, and sales forecasting.
- Collect, analyze, and present market data.
Qualifications
- Experience in automotive aftermarket parts and service business, especially with vehicle workshops.
- Strong knowledge of spare parts and service operations and workshop business.
- Commitment to achieving sales goals.
- Excellent coaching and sales skills.
- Ability to build lasting business relationships with workshop owners and staff.
- Proficiency with MS Office and ability to adapt to new technologies.
- English language proficiency B1 minimum.
- Valid driving licence B category; willingness to work in the field.
Working Pattern
- 40 hours per week.
- Field service location.
