steering and controlling the activities of providers for the Virtual Workplace
analyzing business/project requirements and translating them into technology together with the providers
supporting projects by analyzing requirements and performing tasks for the projects
analyzing service quality and performance, as well as discussing optimization with the involved providers
handing over changed procedures to involved providers (knowledge transfer)
taking ownership and regularly reviewing documentation and procedures
taking part in internal/external audits and certifications
participating in incident/crisis management when necessary
coordinating level 2 and 3 incidents together with providers and the customer (incident/problem)
coordinating the RCA process to be sure that suppliers provide all required analysis of the problem tickets on time
providing information on current developments and market overview for the services and technologies used for the Virtual Workplace Development
presenting change requests submitted by Virtual Workplace Team to ensure their preparation, documentation, and timely processing
requirements-expected :
fluency in English
expert know-how of driving services in an enterprise environment, ideally in an assurance or banking environment
excellent experience in managing providers
know-how of Citrix and Omnissa technologies
ability to share the knowledge with the team
basic understanding of project controlling
good analytical skills
