Job Description:

We are looking for you, if you:

  1. have 3+ years proven experience in managing services and supporting Business Customers in an international environment, preferably with IT scope,
  2. have a collaborative approach and can build partnerships,
  3. are comfortable dealing with different stakeholders and can develop positive relationships,
  4. are excellent in planning and pay attention to details,
  5. have a fast adapting personality with a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and the ability to work independently,
  6. have excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage expectations,
  7. have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy,
  8. can cope with a rapidly changing environment,
  9. have experience in data management including data collection, integration, transformation, and reporting,
  10. are able to collect and analyze business requirements, and demonstrate delivered solutions to international stakeholders,
  11. have advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities,
  12. are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint,
  13. know how to automate reports using Power Query,
  14. have experience in building dashboards and knowledge of data visualization best practices,
  15. have experience in services’ building and productization,
  16. have experience and understanding of IT security topics,
  17. have a developed understanding of banking or finance,
  18. possess knowledge of meeting facilitation techniques,
  19. have the ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate,
  20. have experience and knowledge of methodologies and standards such as: ITIL, Agile, Scrum, COBIT, Lean, Six Sigma, Prince2Agile.

Your responsibilities:

  1. preparing timely reporting on service performance with high quality,
  2. preparing data analyses requested by Management,
  3. seeking automation and suggesting improvements in current reporting processes,
  4. being the first point of contact for Business Customers,
  5. handling escalated Customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner,
  6. ensuring services comply with company guidelines,
  7. monitoring key performance indicators and metrics to track Customer service levels,
  8. managing agreements and other related documentation, budgeting, and planning,
  9. providing timely and high-quality information covering analyses, management reporting, monitoring of opportunities and risks,
  10. building and productizing new services delivered to Business Customers,
  11. cooperating with Business Customers and internal teams,
  12. improving efficiency and quality of reporting and processes, seeking opportunities, addressing risks, proposing, and driving required actions,
  13. actively participating in the development of controlling tools and process automation.
