Project


This role is about ensuring satisfactory execution of environment upgrade by maintaining clear communication to stakeholders about the progress of the execution, issues and their resolution and potential adjustments to the plan. To succeed in this role you must be service minded, goal oriented, self driven and focused on customer relationship.

What you will be doing on this position:

  • Ensure clear communication about env status
  • Act as a primary contact for all customer queries and issues
  • Ensure proper execution of service requests relevant to environments
  • Ensure detailed investigation & diagnosis of incidents & service requests
  • Drive root cause analysis of infrastructure problems and develop resolution plans
  • Maintain all documentations for deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and problem resolution activities
  • Produce management documentation including KPIs and reports
  • Ensure clear communication, knowledge sharing & training
  • Mentor and direct team members for timely completion of assigned projects
  • Work with different Development/ Test teams to ensure plans are optimized within timelines
  • Oversee infrastructure upgrades, modifications and deployments
  • Be involved in other Implementation team deliveries (if necessary)
  • Ensure cross team collaboration and driving of war rooms

Expected competences and knowledge:


  • Project Management
  • IT test and operations experience
  • ITIL Foundation certificate
  • SAFe Methodology
  • Understanding of incident, change and release management processes
  • Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
  • Professional English level written and spoken
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Tools knowledge for example (Bamboo) is nice to have
