Overview

SERVICE IT – CRACOW. Full time position. Salary: 7/8,000 PLN gross per month.

Respond to computer-related service and trouble calls. Move workstations and peripherals as required. Install, set up and provide required equipment (hardware, cables, outlets). IMAC (installs/moves/add/changes). Diagnose printer and other peripheral device failures and implement solutions.

• Receive and provide required equipment (install and set up equipment, cables, outlets and all other hardware)
• IMAC (installs/moves/add/changes)
• Diagnose printer and other peripheral device failures and implement solutions

Qualifications

• Ability to resolve Windows Operating System errors
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
