Service Integrator (Security & Continuity)

This position is based at our friendly office in Warsaw, Poland, where you will join our Infrastructure management team. The team is part of a newly established area (Infrastructure & Operational Security) and will lead on integrating BEC services into our service providers and be key in ensuring proper integration into BEC. The use of service providers in BEC is not a new setup, but we will, based on a strategic new direction, streamline the setup going forward.

The Service Integrator role offers the right candidate a unique possibility to establish, develop, and anchor the role in BEC together with the rest of the team. Structure, a “can-do” attitude, and stakeholder management are some of the keys to success.

The role will be established with inspiration from the SIAM framework.

As a Service Integrator in BEC, it would be beneficial to have a technical background as a developer, system administrator, cyber security roles, or technical project manager, since the role will be about integrating infrastructure services from our service provider into BEC. Additionally, structure and understanding compliance are important as well. Most of all, a positive mindset and the ability to lead the way are essential.

The focus in this role is on cyber security, continuity, and other security disciplines. Security is on BECs agenda together with our valued service providers. Among these is JN data as a critical partner, important for BEC to deliver a secure and operationally resilient setup.

At BEC, we work in a hybrid remote model, coming into the office an average of 3 days a week and working remotely for 2 days. Your direct manager will be Jacob Samson Schlüter, who currently is acting as interim Department Manager.

Primary tasks include:

  • Establishing and implementing the Service Integrator role in BEC.
  • Taking ownership of identified services and anchoring these in the BEC organization.
  • Supporting BECs ways of working to ensure tasks are communicated and delivered in due time.
  • Overseeing finance development, capacity needs, and compliance levels on provided services from the service provider.
  • Close cooperation with service providers and internal BEC stakeholders to ensure updated services.
  • Socializing typical SIAM disciplines such as service level management, vendor management, and governance & compliance.

To succeed you will have:

  • A “can-do” attitude in building up a new team and role – seeing obstacles as inspiration for solutions.
  • An understanding of the importance of working in the financial sector where regulations, compliance, and security are key for successful deliveries and implementations.
  • The ability to work as a team player where success is measured in succeeding as a team and enabling colleagues across BEC.
  • A clear understanding of the role of a Service Integrator where full enablement of Service Providers services in BEC is vital for BECs strategy.
  • The ability to initiate and maintain a high level of collaboration within BEC as well as with the suppliers (i.e., with BEC product managers / POs).
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

It’s nice-to-have:

  • Experience working with the SIAM framework.
  • Experience working with the ITIL framework.
