Service Desk Specialist with Spanish and Portuguese (w/m/d)

Location: Katowice

Join TÜV Rheinland Group as a Service Desk Specialist, contributing to our Service Functions and supporting teams worldwide.

What tasks can you expect?

  • Handling incoming calls and tickets, providing remote support for internal customers.
  • Reporting incidents and service requests based on users’ information in the corporate tool.
  • Resolving incidents and service requests at Service Desk level promptly and effectively.
  • Providing customer support during the problem‑solving process.
  • Running diagnostic programs to resolve issues.
  • Installing hardware, software, and required programs.
  • Supporting various projects to further optimise processes.

What skills and experiences should you have?

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in an SSC/BPO environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English (verbal and written).
  • General IT understanding, familiarity with Windows systems and troubleshooting, dealing with various IT systems.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Attention to detail and problem‑solving attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer‑driven focus.
  • Ability to work in shift rotation.
  • ITIL knowledge is an asset.
