  • Who we are looking for: Italian speakers - we will provide you with the technical training which will help you succeed in the role. All you need is the language skills and a can do attitude!

responsibilities :


  • Delivering high-quality standard customer service;
  • Remote support for Deloitte’s employees regarding technical issues;
  • Contact with clients via incoming phone calls, self-service tickets and chats
  • Analysis and solving of the most common enquiries using step-by-step solutions provided to you;
  • Cooperation with IT specialist team to deal with more complex issues;
  • Continual service improvement, looking to help better the service, supporting others in doing and/or putting your own ideas and initiatives forward;
  • Grow and develop yourself – through the creation of individual developmental plans and with the support of peers;
  • Take ownership and manage problems to their successful resolutions.

requirements-expected :


  • Previous Customer Service within IT experience;
  • Excellent Italian verbal and written communication skills - minimum C1 level;
  • Very good English verbal and written communication skills - minimum B2 level;
  • Good command of MS Office;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Attention to detail and team-working skills;
  • Interest into Technology;
  • Ability to work shifts (8-19);
  • Any specific education is not required – each application will be evaluated individually.
