Diagnosing and resolving software and hardware incidents, including operating systems and applications
Creating and updating operational manuals and documentation
Contacting with German-speaking customers
requirements-expected :
+2 years of experience in similar position
Fluent knowledge of German (C1 level) and knowledge of English (min. B1)
Analytical approach to solving problems
Developed communication and customer service skills
General IT understanding
Familiarity with Windows systems and troubleshooting, dealing with various IT Systems
Experience in working with ticketing system
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, Skype for Business
