ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
Responsibilities:
- Providing first-line technical support for users, diagnosing and resolving issues via chat, email, and phone.
- Incident management: receiving, logging, and resolving support requests through various communication channels.
- Solving technical problems using the existing knowledge base, and creating new entries to improve the issue resolution process.
- Administration: performing routine administrative tasks in IT systems, such as password resets and user account management.
- Escalating complex problems to specialized teams or external service providers.
WYMAGANIA:
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of professional experience in a Service Desk role.
- Very good command of English and German (min. B2 level).
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Relevant education - welcome.
- Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM tool.
