ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:



Responsibilities:

  • Providing first-line technical support for users, diagnosing and resolving issues via chat, email, and phone.
  • Incident management: receiving, logging, and resolving support requests through various communication channels.
  • Solving technical problems using the existing knowledge base, and creating new entries to improve the issue resolution process.
  • Administration: performing routine administrative tasks in IT systems, such as password resets and user account management.
  • Escalating complex problems to specialized teams or external service providers.






WYMAGANIA:

Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year of professional experience in a Service Desk role.
  • Very good command of English and German (min. B2 level).
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Relevant education - welcome.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM tool.
