responsibilities :


  • Deliver technical support to users via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Provide effective communication and resolution in French.
  • Analyze recurring issues and contribute to continuous service improvement.
  • Track incidents and service requests in ITSM tools.
  • Work closely with global support teams for escalations.

requirements-expected :


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Service Desk or IT Support
  • Proficiency in French (minimum B2/C1 level).
  • Very good command of English.
  • Ability to work onsite from the Kraków office.
  • Solid knowledge of IT systems and customer support practices.
