As a customer service specialist you will play a frontline support for all queries coming from the organization. You will be part of Business Support area where the daily operation going forward is placed in Poland.
This offer will give you the opportunity to work closely together with our consultants, developers but with our customers located in all Group countries: Cepheo Sweden, Cepheo Norway, Cepheo Poland.
responsibilities :
First point of contact for all incoming queries from customers
Efficiently evaluate and direct customer queries to the relevant team
Close collaboration with internal service desk team (1st, 2nd, 3rd line of support) based in Poland & Scandinavia
Working hands-on (setting up new customers, adding new accounts to the system) with dedicated tools, mainly in MS Dynamics
Organization and coordination work related to contract creation
Coordinating team activities and monitoring progress to ensure tasks are completed on time
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward all customers at all times
requirements-expected :
Min. 1 year of experience, preferably within Customer Service/Customer Care area
Very good command of English and Scandinavian language (Danish, Norwegian will be an asset)
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Responsibility and ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment
