We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive person to join our team for the position of Service Desk Specialist. This role requires a keen ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues swiftly, implement effective solutions, and provide expert advice to enhance overall IT performance. The duties include being a point of contact for IT related questions at the end-user level and responding to their needs in a timely manner.
responsibilities :
Install, configure and support hardware and software assets, printers, and phones
Provide technical support across the company (in person or over the phone/online channel)
Repair and replace equipment if necessary
Conducting workshops and training for Office 365 users
Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Set up accounts for new users
Document support procedures, technical configurations, and troubleshooting steps for reference and knowledge sharing.
requirements-expected :
At least 2 years of experience in IT support area
Knowledge of Polish language min. C1
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment, inclusing Office 365
Knowledge of Active Directory
Experience with help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools
LAN/Wi-Fi network supervision and Printer hardware configuration
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse and diagnose technical issues efficiently
Excellent interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
