responsibilities :

You will be the first-line support to provide technical support to customers, field engineers, technicians;
Provide support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature;
Reporting design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs;
Supporting remotely customer installations.

requirements-expected :

Bachelors degree in IT or equal experience;
Knowledge of hardware and software connected with the strong willingness to deep dive in the complex technical issues;
Good communication skills and a customer – and service-oriented approach;
Experience in a Helpdesk / Customer Service Desk role is desirable;
Fluency in Swedish and English languages both written and spoken.
