about-project :
The Service Desk Team provides customer service on Level 1 via telephone or email. The first step is to analyze the issue on a detailed level and try to solve it, otherwise, it will be passed on to 2nd level. Other tasks include automation projects, assisting the Account Management, etc.
responsibilities :
You will be the first-line support to provide technical support to customers, field engineers, technicians;
Provide support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature;
Reporting design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs;
Supporting remotely customer installations.
requirements-expected :
Bachelors degree in IT or equal experience;
Experience in a Helpdesk / Customer Service Desk role is desirable;
Knowledge of hardware and software;
Good communication skills and a customer – and service-oriented approach;
Strong customer focus paired with solution orientation, analytical skills, and resistance to stress;
Passion for perfect customer service and Team player;
Fluent in German and English language both written and spoken, Polish will be a plus.
