  • We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer with Italian to join our clients team. In this role, you will provide phone, email, and chat support to end users for one of our prestigious clients. As an L1 Support Engineer, you will handle incident management, service requests, change, and problem resolution following ITIL methodologies. The role requires strong communication skills, customer service expertise, and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a 24/7 shift environment.
  • Stack: O365, Active Directory, Citrix, fluency in Italian and English

responsibilities :


  • Handling incoming requests via phone, email, and chat, logging incidents according to procedures.
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues related to Windows systems, networks (LAN, WAN, VPN), and Citrix.
  • Installing and configuring software, peripherals, and IT equipment (laptops, printers, mobile devices).
  • Managing user accounts (Office 365, Active Directory) and performing password resets.
  • Supporting and training users on basic IT operations.
  • Monitoring tickets and ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Creating and updating documentation in the knowledge base.
  • Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

requirements-expected :


  • Experienced in a service desk environment.
  • ITIL awareness (Certification not required but is a plus).
  • Proficiency converse in Danish plus English.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Citrix.
  • Hands on experience working in ITSM tools like Service Now, Remedy, etc.
  • Customer Service/Interaction experience involving European customer i.e. US/UK based.
